• Account Information: When you register or log in, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (processed securely via Supabase).
• User-Generated Content: We store the operations, tasks, micro-steps, and completion data you input into the App to synchronize your progress.
• Usage & Performance Data: We collect anonymous analytics regarding how you interact with the App (features used, button clicks, and session time) using PostHog analytics.
• Device Data: We may access basic device features (such as haptic feedback and local notifications permissions) to deliver essential app mechanics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To maintain and synchronize your game-state progress, XP levels, and unlocked artifacts.
• To send you locally scheduled alerts (e.g. streak preservation warnings).
• To analyze app usage and address bugs or technical limitations.
• To enforce Developer Program Policies and secure user accounts.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (like Supabase and PostHog) strictly to perform operational functions on our behalf.

We prioritize the safety of your data. We use industry-standard encryption and security controls to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information at any time. You can request complete account and data deletion directly within the App settings or by reaching out to our developer support contact.

6. European Union (EEA), UK, and Switzerland Disclosures (GDPR & ePrivacy)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, you are entitled to specific disclosures and rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, and corresponding local legislation. We serve as the data controller for personal data processed through the App.

A. User Consent & Ad Personalization

In accordance with Google’s EU User Consent Policy, we obtain explicit consent from users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland prior to:

• Accessing or storing information on your device via cookies, local storage, or SDK indicators.
• Collecting and processing personal data for serving personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
• Collecting analytics and performance telemetry to monitor app stability.

B. Shared Consent Group (Consent Syncing)

To streamline your user experience and reduce consent prompt frequency, we may synchronize your consent decisions across our affiliated applications using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. The following applications share consent decisions within this group:

C. Processing Purposes and Lawful Bases

• Contractual Necessity: For managing your account, sync of focus progress, and delivering the core Warscythe progression tracking features you request.

You can review, modify, or completely withdraw your consent choices at any time. A "Privacy Settings" link is available directly in the App menu, which allows you to relaunch the consent dialog to alter your choices for ad personalization, analytics, and partner access.
